1>Till to day, always I feel, a burning sensation at the tip of the tongue.

2> After taking food I feel the tongue became heavy.

3>Dry Mouth:--
In the waking state the tounge and mouth stays wet.
But While asleep, tongue and mouth both are became very very dry so I bound to woke up to take some water  two or three times in the night.

4> Without water
    I can't eat any dry food,
  Such as biscuit bread  etc.
